Technicians running titration analysis in a quality-control laboratory

Our quality

ISO 9001:2015 — verified, batch after batch.

An in-house QC lab with German parent-company oversight, so refractory consistency is something you can plan around.

DFP India is ISO 9001:2015 certified and runs an in-house quality-control lab covering chemical and physical testing, thermal and durability analysis, and batch-wise validation — under the oversight of its German parent, Dörentrup. The point is consistency: the lining that reaches your furnace matches the published spec, so campaign life and consumption are repeatable.

What the QC lab actually checks.

01

Chemical & physical testing

Every batch is checked for chemical composition and physical properties before it ships — the Al₂O₃, SiO₂ and density figures on the spec sheet are verified, not assumed.

02

Thermal & durability analysis

Linings are evaluated for thermal-shock and durability behaviour, the failure modes that actually end a campaign, so performance is predictable across heat cycling.

03

Batch-wise validation

Validation is batch-by-batch, not a one-time type test — the consistency that lets a foundry plan reline intervals instead of reacting to surprise failures.
